Job Description
Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates through most cost effective sources Prescreening candidates and assist recruiters in the entire recruiting process. Maintain database of candidates appearing for the recruiting process Assist in coordinating new joinee induction. Update reports periodically KRAs: Source through most cost effective options - portals, headhunting, etc. Adhere to deadlines and ensure candidates are hired within the SLAs.
Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline. MBA - HR preferred
Prior experience in recruiting a plus
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
