Desired Profile:
We are actively seeking an experienced Siebel Support Engineer, to join our CRM On Demand Applications team. This team builds, configures and supports high performance, scalable, web and database server components, for the Oracle CRM On Demand product

This position's role is to: deploy, operate, and maintain Siebel hosted application environments, including CRM On demand and Contact On demand . Provide second-level technical expertise support for customer service requests, associated to CRM On demand application software and infrastructure.

Provide on-call, weekend and after-hours support for On demand environments and hosting partners. Deploy new On demand business tier installations; upgrade existing environments as required to meet product release schedules

Develop and document operational processes to maintain and operate 24x7x365-hosted environments Builds, configures, supports and ensures.

Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. May have project lead role.

Preferred Qualifications:
4 years experience with Core products or five years experience with Applications products and have a technical degree.
Siebel 7.5.3 or greater experience a plus.

At least 2 years experience installing, configuring, and supporting Siebel CRM products

Experience providing 24x7 support to production enterprise infrastructure, including understanding of on-call responsibilities and procedures, and use of automated monitoring tools

Excellent technical judgment and ability to help troubleshoot an issue

Ability to prioritize work based upon continuous new input and changing business needs. Must be proactive and preventive in problem solving

Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify problems and independently develop and implement solutions.

Good troubleshooting skills

Ability to deliver high quality results with attention to details.

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Experience: 5-15 yrs

Education:
UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
PG - Post Graduation Not Required
