Qualification: MCA / BE (Computer Science) or equivalent
Experience: 4-8 years in Software Development out of which 1-2 years as Project / Team Leader
Skills: Good technical foundation and experience in client/server or internet technologies that include the following:
VB, Java, C++, Web servers, Windows NT, Unix, Oracle, SQL server
Excellent understanding of software development methodologies based on CMM
Good understanding of OO methodologies
Experience interfacing with the customer
Excellent communication skills
Willing to travel
