We are looking for Design Engineers / Sr. Design Engineers/Team Leaders / Project Leaders/Project Managers at Hyderabad.

Qualification: Diploma*/B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Aeronautical).
*Diploma holders should have minimum 4 years of experience to attend these interviews.

Onsite opportunity for Stress Analysis Engineers at US/Europe.

Analysis (Nastran/Patran/Ansys/Hypermesh/Abaqus/LS-Dyna/NVH) (Code - SA): Minimum 1 year of experience in design and stress analysis of aircraft structures/gas turbines/automobile/railways, etc. Good knowledge and hands-on experience in design, stress analysis and fatigue & damage tolerance. Ability to suggest alternate design and validate results using hand calculations. Experience in project management and team development is desirable.
Note: Onsite opportunity is subject to customer/Visa clearance.

Aero Structures Design (Code - ASD): Minimum 3 years experience in Aero Structure Design involving design for improvement & modeling. Should be well versed with reading of engineering drawings, creation of manufacturing drawings of Aero structural components, GD&T and Drawing Standards. Hands-on experience using any one of the CAD packages like Catia V5/V4, Solidworks, UG and Pro-E, candidates with Catia V5 relational design experience will be preferred.

Tool Design (Code - TD): Minimum 3 years of experience in tool designing of jigs and fixtures for machining/fabrication/welding/ assembly/inspection of aerospace parts. Effective in use of CAD, standard elements, low cost automation in tool design. Strong in fundamentals of tool design/drafting standards/product manufacturing information.

Structural Detailing (Code - SD): 3-10 years experience in structural detailing of material handling plant drawings. Should have developed chutes/hoppers/support frames for crushers/ladders/floor plans/conveyor supports. Good experience in making GA drawings of material handling plants and excellent in ACAD with hand commands/short cuts. Good in interpreting views. Knowledge in 3D modeling in same area/knowledge in inventor with experience in layout drawings would be preferred.

Plastic Component Design (Code - PCD): Minimum 4-10 years experience in plastic component design, preferably in the area of mass produced (domestic) appliances. Familiarity with design of mechanical constructions in plastic and metal including the manufacturability aspects. Experience in Unigraphics NX3/4. Experience in working with international customers would be an added advantage.
