Sales and Product Trainer

Responsibilities
Our talented rainmakers should be able to drive revenues
Ø Design and update content and conduct training programs (product and soft skills including sales) for all the Inside sales personnel working in conjunction with Sales management
Ø Interacting with Product Management, Engineering and the Marketing teams and train the Inside sales team on product enhancements.
Ø Monitor quality, identify gaps and optimize through refresher-training programs.

Required Skills/Experience
Ø Experience of sales training, ideally in an environment which includes experienced sales personnel and college recruits. (minimum of 3 years within sales and training)
Ø Both delivery and consultancy experience using a wide variety of training methods.
Ø Strong communication skills, approachable and persuasive.
Ø Strong team player
Ø Ability to take the ownership of the processes.
Ø Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Ø Minimum qualification - Graduate in any stream
Ø Ideally the candidate would have trained college recruits and experienced inside sales personnel in a technology / e-commerce environment
