Billing Manager

The Billing Manager will be the primary contact for our customers providing billing support via email and phone. He/She will be reporting to the Manager, Billing and Collections.

Responsibilities will include:
- Replying to customer’s billing queries & complaints via Email
- Maintaining and improving customer service levels; balancing collections with customer satisfaction and abandonment.
- Maintaining cash outflows to a minimum.
- Providing ideas to Manager on improving the billing system.
- Report any system issues to QA and Engineering and follow through.
- Registering Chargeback

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree;
Excellent written and spoken English.
Preferably with prior email support experience to US customers.
Familiarity with eBay and other online marketplaces
Basic Knowledge of Computer.
Willing to work in Shifts.
Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
Good analytical skills and Probing skills.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to work within tight budget and time constraints.
Should be willing to take on more responsibilities.
1-3 years experience in outbound and inbound collections (US or UK).
Knowledge and understanding of International billing processes.
